CONSTANT TRANSFORMATION
I have always had a ridiculous aversion to the word change. In the past when someone has said you SHOULD change this or that about yourself, it always felt like a sharp dagger of cruel criticism. I felt as though I was soiled, or some how failing to make the grade. That’s what comes from having parents (Bless their Souls) who were hyper - critical, but it was always of course for the sake of my betterment. Low and behold’ I had developed a hyper critical inner parent, or in my case a killer inner critic, which has taken decades to finally embrace. Does the threat of having to change indicate this to you too? Do you think it’s just too hard? No way! I cant change this is who I am, it’s impossible to change my habitual ways, my thoughts, my beliefs, my relationships, my job, my body, ME? Lets face it wouldn’t it be fantastic if we actually could change our faults like we change our attire. So what is this CHANGE we are meant to undergo?
Firstly lets CHANGE the word CHANGE to transform or Transform-ation it just sounds far more appealing and undeniably creative doesn’t it? To transform feels more of a natural process involving wonderment, somewhat like a chameleon adapting to its surroundings, or a pumpkin magically turning into Cinderella’s coach. So since I have classified healing as a non-word these days and find-TRANSFORMING~ TRANSFORMATION or TRANSFORMER entirely more suitable; it has nudged me to reflect upon the act of transformation.
We all are aware of the massive transformations of the human body continually undergoes; how it’s constantly transforming from the wee egg to a fetus, to a baby, to a child, then an adult and so forth. The initial transformation by a male and a female usually via a loving act instigates the beginning of this huge transformation or does it? Each cell of our body is seeded with the original primordial force and thus holds the keys to it’s miraculous capacity to regenerate and transform. So if we are well nourished physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually, this primordial force is always profoundly transformational.
-
How amazing it is to think that the skin on our bodies is totally renewed approximately every 27 days.
-
Can you believe that in an average lifespan we could have nearly 1000 new skins?
-
In only two months every single heart cell is rebuilt.
-
Circulating through 27,359 kilometers of blood vessels are 30 trillion red blood cells. A healthy adult produces 15 million new red blood cells per second to replace the same number that expired each second which equates to 900 million red blood cells per hour.
-
Every one year (approximately) all our bone cells are replaced, in fact our whole skeleton is renewed approximately every 2 years.
-
17 billion cells of the small intestine are replaced each day; actually the entire small intestine surface is being replaced every five days.
-
If we cut our hair or our fingernails they grow back, if we break a bone and have it set, it knits together, cuts and wounds often heal before our very eyes.
-
It is said that the liver although it is often subjected to constant damage is the only internal organ capable of regenerating large parts of itself.
-
I think science will soon debunk this as a myth, as more and more of us undergo massive healing transformations.
-
I personally have already witnessed this many times over.
Ponder on this---If your body at this very moment has billions of embryonic cells designed to repair or replace damaged tissues and organs you are indeed transforming and it is your primordial life resonance, your thoughts, and your beliefs which influence this transformation. So how sad it is that so much of humanity have given over responsibility of their transformational abilities to others, or forgotten they have the ability at all?
So now I meander to my childhood and reflect how as a child I delighted in nature. I was often played alone in the bush right next door where I conversed with nature sprites and Faeries, I was very connected to Gaia. There were many bush fires after each one the bush re-grew with renewed vigor and beauty. I witnessed this constant transformation in nature and was also encouraged by my mother a keen gardener, to assist in the transformation by planting trees, flowers, veggies and herbs. My brains Gaia Nam was activated and in harmonic resonance and magnetically attuned to all that is! All of earth, all of the earthlings, all of the Universe, are in a constant state of creative transformation.
Think about it, even those of you who say I AM NOT CREATIVE! …YOU ARE! Your whole being every cell is creating and constantly transforming. Just about everything we do is a transformation- right now I am transforming a blank computer screen with my meandering thoughts, earlier on I transformed vegetables into a salad and on it goes. In a past life-during this lifetime I was a Hairstylist. Not by choice, but parental insistence! My parents thought that if I followed my preferred career choice of an Artist I would starve in a garret. Not a great belief transplant! (Please do buy my paintings and help prove them wrong.)
As you all know there are no coincidences and hairstyling was indeed part of my divine lesson plan; and I enjoyed hairstyling not the boring bits but the big creative total transformations. I loved the complete makeover, makeup, hair, clothes etc. I also became very successful for just that and was well remunerated for my skills. I spent so much of my time with my hands laid on people’s heads and looking at them in the mirror; I saw their auras and intuitively learnt far too much about them. Even the haughtiest women calmed and opened up under my hands and I listened as they poured out their hearts to me. Just try having an intimate conversation with someone via a mirror. Where you can see them but they can not see you! It certainly gives a whole different perspective to a conversation. I suppose you could say people do really become more reflective. *It’s a great exercise to do with your partner children or friends.
What I am getting at is that the outer transformations always included an inner one and visa versus! After all we can’t separate our energy systems they are all united. After many years of hairstyling all over Australia I decided to train as a Spiritual Therapist, I thought this timely as I already was practicing as one every day. Transformational therapy is much like hairdressing, we already have all the perfect ingredients; all it entails is shedding what no longer serves or suits you, or perhaps adding a tweak to what is already great - all the potential is there to be the best you-- you can be!
It may be a simple shift or a complete clearing of the old. A blank canvas waiting on my easel - still excites me as intensely, as it fills me with dread; it is that duality at play again. Although slowly and surely it transforms to a piece of art. On its completion I stand back and wonder “where the heck did that come from?” Can you imagine the turmoil of a snake shedding its whole skin in one piece, it’s not too hard if you have ever been badly sun burnt is it? I can’t promise your transformation will be easy, most creative endeavors are challenging and often assailed by doubt and discomfort but forge ahead, it will be worth while. So what is your Transformation to be? Remember already within you is the potential perfection of your primordial seeding patiently waiting, ever present and ever ready, to regenerate, to transform and to FULLY AWAKEN!
